Diva is a handmade product that is the result of more than 280 manual steps. The finishes that alternate smooth and brushed parts have both technical and aesthetic functionality: the glossy finish has been chosen for the external parts of the blades and makes it possible to lighten the slipped cuts, while the stems and the inside of the rings give a pleasant sensation in the handle. The shiny parts guarantee greater gloss over time. The groove, result of design and great manual craftsmanship, gives a strong aesthetic imprint to Diva and lightness in the lines. Furthermore it allows to see the steel in its primary state, even before the human intervention.

RETURN POLICY

POLICY: We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 30 days from date of delivery.

Purchases made in-store must be returned in-store.

All returns require a Return Authorization #. To request an RA# (Return Authorization #), please email: info@capelli-extensions.com

RETURN CONDITION: Refunds are only given to approved products with an RA# that are still in unopened and unused condition. Products must not be opened, worn or tampered with due to hygienic reasons and the safety of our customers.

Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once, the returned products are received by Capelli.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided by Capelli.
A 15% re-stocking fee may apply upon product inspection.
Refunds may take 3-4 business days to process once Capelli has received the returned product.
Please keep the tracking number of returned product(s) for delivery verification.
